Job Overview

Himmel's Architectural Door and Hardware is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Nashville, TN. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling door and hardware products and services to walk-in and over-the-phone customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with door and hardware product or service needs by explaining and demonstrating features of our products and referring service calls to our Maintenance Department.
  • Answer customers' questions and provide additional information regarding Himmel's products via email, chat, and phone.
  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a smooth sales transaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively perform in an advanced, fast-paced environment both individually and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, strong work ethic, positive, and helpful demeanor, with excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Must pass a drug and alcohol screen and successfully complete random screens.
