About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Jacent. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales and maximizing revenue for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with in-store management to ensure effective merchandising strategies are implemented.
  • Execute merchandising resets and plan-o-grams to drive sales and maximize revenue.
  • Build and maintain retail displays to showcase products and drive customer engagement.
  • Merchandise impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks to drive sales and increase revenue.
  • Implement data-driven insights to inform merchandising strategies and drive business results.

Requirements

  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with business partners.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
  • Resides within a reasonable distance of our operational areas.
