Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee statistical evaluations for various clinical research studies
- Engage with stakeholders to facilitate new product initiatives and regulatory compliance
- Propose cutting-edge statistical techniques to improve project results
- Offer statistical guidance for data interpretation and publication processes
- Participate in enhancing processes and standardization within the Biostatistics division
- Guide junior statisticians and support resource management activities
- Direct data analysis for data monitoring committees
Requirements:
- PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related discipline with a minimum of 4 years of analytical experience OR a Master's Degree with at least 7 years of analytical experience in clinical trials
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in statistical methodologies and understanding of regulatory standards
- Exceptional problem-solving and leadership capabilities
- Expertise in SAS and other statistical analysis software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
