Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at Travel Nurse Across America. As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures and providing high-quality patient care.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical imaging and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care. You will work closely with our team to ensure that patients receive accurate and timely diagnoses.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures using advanced equipment and technology
  • Prepare patients for exams and ensure their comfort and safety throughout the process
  • Interpret ultrasound images and provide accurate diagnoses to medical staff
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
  • ARDMS National Certification and state-specific licensing when required
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift patients as needed
