Key Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of hands-on experience with Windows Server (OS versions 2012, 2016, 2019, 2022) and Windows 10/11

  • Experience overseeing corporate projects from initiation to completion
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct routine maintenance and monitoring of network and systems infrastructure
  • Develop training procedures to ensure team proficiency in supporting corporate infrastructure, including backend systems and VPNs
  • Lead and support tasks related to the design, implementation, and management of on-premises environments
  • Collaborate with IT leadership and business stakeholders to fulfill server administration tasks within set timelines
  • Analyze server performance organization-wide and propose solutions for performance optimization
  • Implement OS hardening measures to achieve necessary security standards
  • Assist in vulnerability remediation efforts as directed by the security team, providing implementation recommendations when needed
  • Enforce IT security policies and standards
  • Support incident resolution and escalation processes
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical topics to diverse audiences
  • Document system modifications in accordance with company change management protocols
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for processes and new features to promote standardization
  • Work collaboratively with other IT personnel, including networking, security, and endpoint teams, to resolve issues effectively
  • Oversee license compliance and renewal activities for the server environment
  • Propose and implement enhancements to the existing environment
