Key Responsibilities:
- Create a positive and engaging customer experience by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Analyze situations and use sound judgment to prevent and investigate potential losses.
- Communicate any activity that may lead to company loss to the manager on duty in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow company procedures concerning store security, including monitoring CCTV cameras and responding to alarms.
