This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a critical care, emergency department, or intermediate care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, managing patients with complex medical conditions, and educating patients and their families on disease processes and treatment options.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Current certification as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) or as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.
  • Active Maryland state licensure or eligibility for licensure.

Salary: $73,947 - $111,999 per year
