About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team at Pennex Aluminum Company. As a key member of our manufacturing operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of quality assurance inspectors and technicians to ensure compliance with quality control policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure products meet customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to quality assurance team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics and performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • 4-year college degree in a related field, such as quality assurance, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality assurance or manufacturing operations role, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Proven track record of improving quality and reducing costs in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex quality-related issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
