Position Overview:
As an Automotive Cleaning Specialist, you will be integral to our operations, ensuring that all Kona Ice vehicles are meticulously cleaned and maintained to meet our high standards. Your role is vital in supporting our upfitting department, where attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the floor manager to receive daily assignments and ensure efficient task completion.
- Conduct thorough cleaning of all upfitted equipment, ensuring compliance with company quality standards.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, including dates and specific equipment cleaned.
- Complete the cleaning checklist for each item, confirming readiness for operational use.
- Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the upfit shop after all equipment has been serviced.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and communicate inventory needs to the floor manager promptly.
Qualifications:
- Experience in equipment cleaning, ideally within the automotive or similar industries.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all equipment meets our stringent cleanliness standards.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and management.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently while being a supportive team player.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to assist with additional tasks as required.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Starting at $17.00 per hour
