Job Title: Registered Nurse - Perioperative

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Perioperative team at St. Luke's Wood River Medical Center. As a key member of our surgical services team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse - Perioperative will be responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient's needs. The position will be trained in all areas of perioperative care- Pre-Op, Post-Op, PACU and Endoscopy procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and assist physicians with patient care
  • Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on patient's needs
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and technologies
Requirements:
  • Nursing Degree (ADN or BSN)
  • 1+ years of Pre Op, Post/Op- PACU or Endo experience highly preferred
  • Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
