CT Assist is seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our team in Falls Church, Virginia.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant to work in a Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic Surgery setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cardiovascular and thoracic surgery, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic Surgery environment
- Assist in the placement of central lines, chest tubes, and arterial lines
- Manage high-acuity patients with complex medical conditions
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Cardiothoracic/Cardiovascular Surgery or equivalent case volume
- Strong knowledge of Epic EMR system
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
- Competitive compensation package ($90-$120/hr) and benefits
