### Job Title: Registered Nurse

#### Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Innovative Renal Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).

#### Key Responsibilities

* Provide patient care to individuals with ESRD, working closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them
* Collaborate with patients and their families to educate them on their condition, treatment options, and self-care techniques
* Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, ensuring timely and effective communication with the healthcare team

#### Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher
* Current state nursing license
* Experience in dialysis care preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
