Job Title: Pipeline Utility Inspector

Role Overview:

This role is responsible for inspecting and evaluating the construction of natural gas pipelines to ensure compliance with company standards, industry codes, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform field inspections to verify adherence to company specifications and applicable codes.
  • Conduct quality assurance and control activities, progress reporting, and daily documentation.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with NACE/SSPC and ISO codes is required.
  • DOT CFR 49 .192 and .195 knowledge is essential.
  • A safety-oriented mindset and adherence to protocols are crucial.
Employment Requirements:
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is necessary.
  • A background check will be conducted.
  • Pre-employment drug testing and quarterly drug testing are mandatory.
  • A fit-for-duty physical examination is required.

Work Schedule and Location:
  • Work schedule may involve 6 days a week, with 72+ hours of work per week.
  • Locations include the company office in Westminster, CO, and various project sites across Texas, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Michigan.
Qualifications and Certifications:
  • NACE CIP Level 1 or 2 certification is desirable.
  • API 1169 certification is preferred.
  • OSHA 10hr or 30 Hr. certification is advantageous.
Education and Skills:
  • A High School Diploma is required.
  • Microsoft Office Applications skills are necessary.
