Job Summary

Integral Federal is seeking a highly skilled Intelligence Analyst SME 3 TSOU to support the Terrorist Screening Center (TSC) in Vienna, VA. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the oversight and management of the US Government's Terrorist Watchlist, also known as the Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB).

Responsibilities
  • Support the Terrorist Screening Operations Unit (TSOU) in coordinating operational notification and response on a 24/7 basis for all positive watchlist encounters.
  • Work closely with the Program Manager to establish priorities and plans across the contract, and engage with customers to understand changing needs and requirements.
  • Ensure operational coverage for all critical areas to meet 24/7 requirements and priorities as identified by TSC Leadership.
  • Conduct research, provide notifications, and disseminate information relative to encounters to FBI operational entities and various federal, state, local, and international partners.
  • Ensure the TSDB is thorough, accurate, and current by conducting research in several databases when a positive encounter is received.
  • When appropriate, create and transfer operational assessments to FBI Field Offices for action.
  • Conduct interagency coordination for encounters involving No Fly subjects on behalf of the FBI, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Department of State, and other Federal agencies.
  • Document actions taken to resolve each matter and provide encounter feedback to appropriate partners, as necessary.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, to advise and guide executive management on a variety of issues.
Qualifications
  • Masters' Degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Expert knowledge and mastery in the application of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for program effectiveness and management processes.
  • Mastery knowledge of national security and administrative laws, executive orders, directives, policies, regulations, and precedents applicable to TSC programs.
  • Extensive knowledge base in one or more of the following disciplines: watchlisting, identity analysis, intelligence, law enforcement, United States military, and national security (counterterrorism, counterintelligence, transnational organized crime, and weapons of mass destruction) experience.
