Job SummaryWe're looking for a skilled Dental Hygienist to deliver exceptional patient care and support our team in providing top-notch dental services. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to our mission of creating over a million smiles a year.
Responsibilities- Deliver quality patient care, including scaling and prophylaxis, x-rays, and related procedures, under the general supervision of a dentist.
- Provide excellent customer service by looking for opportunities to offer same-day care and educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction.
- Assess patients' dental conditions and needs, review medical history, and guide parents and patients through the treatment process.
- Participate in local events, such as school screenings and presentations, to promote a positive image of our company.
- Collaborate with peers to achieve office goals and participate in morning huddles to share best practices and recognize excellent customer focus and collaboration.
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
- Experience is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in another language is a valuable asset.
