Keyholder Stylist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Keyholder Stylist to join our team. As a Keyholder Stylist, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience. You will be the face of our brand, and your expertise and passion for fashion will be essential in driving sales and building customer loyalty.

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including sizing, materials, and construction
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
• Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and ensure that our stores are visually appealing and well-merchandised
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to achieve store goals and objectives

• 2-3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a fashion or luxury environment
• Proven track record of sales generation and customer service
• Strong knowledge of fashion and trend awareness
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
