Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the complete project lifecycle of large-scale, intricate projects, encompassing design, development, material sourcing, construction, and project delivery.
  • Guide junior engineers in developing process solutions, ensuring code compliance, adhering to engineering standards, and promoting safety protocols and best engineering practices.
  • Act as a technical lead, collaborating with operations and engineering teams to provide troubleshooting guidance, engineering support, and field assistance on complex issues involving multiple disciplines.
  • Participate in the Process Safety Management (PSM) activities alongside local PSM personnel, maintaining Process Safety Information (PSI), developing Management of Change (MOCs), conducting Process Safety Review Sessions (PSSRS), and engaging in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA).
  • Maintain process simulations and leverage simulation files for troubleshooting, project development, training, and cost estimation.
  • Collaborate with engineering and business development teams to support project development and cost estimation efforts.
  • Evaluate facility and equipment designs from a process perspective, providing specifications for equipment and instrumentation.
  • Conduct data analysis and perform engineering calculations and assessments.

  • Experience with specialized engineering analysis tools.
Travel Requirements:

Travel may be required locally or long-distance, up to 40% of the time for work-related meetings and functions.

Equipment Utilization:

Utilization of computers, software programs, and other relevant equipment necessary for the position.

Working Conditions:
