Shift Details:
8 weeks - Monday to Friday with rotating 8-hour shifts starting and concluding between 06:50 AM and 05:30 PM; On-call duties will be determined by departmental requirements, including rotating weekday and weekend on-call shifts; Vacation hours will include on-call responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and oversee patient care strategies.
2. Continuously assess, document, and relay patient status as necessary.
3. Act as a liaison among various healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
4. Execute and adhere to directives from physicians and nursing staff.
5. Evaluate and coordinate patient care requirements with the healthcare team.
Essential Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in an operating room setting.
Experience in General Surgery, GYN/Urology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Neurology, Robotics, and Cardiac care is advantageous.
Completion of at least one prior travel contract is required.
Flexibility to float to different sites within a 40-mile radius may be necessary.
Required Skills
