The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree, be a member of any US State Bar, and have experience in immigration law. You will be responsible for developing and implementing legal strategies for work visa matters, conducting client consultations, and preparing and filing immigrant work visa applications.

  • Develop and implement legal strategies for work visa matters, including EB-1A Green Cards, EB-1B Green Cards, EB-2 NIW Green Cards & O-1 visas.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to explain immigrant work visa application processes and coordinate with clients to gather detailed supporting information and evidence.
  • Prepare and file immigrant work visa applications with the appropriate government offices, in collaboration with fellow Attorneys and Case Managers.
  • Research legal issues related to immigrant work visa applications and stay informed on the latest immigration law developments.
