Eligibility criteria include being 18-29 years old, a high school graduate or GED recipient, eligible to work in the U.S., and available Monday-Friday throughout the program. Successful candidates will gain professional business and communication skills, interviewing and networking skills, and resume building expertise.

Coursework includes Project Management Support, Banking & Customer Success, and Helpdesk/Desktop Support. Upon completion, 80% of graduates are employed and/or enrolled in postsecondary education within 4 months, with an average starting salary of $53,000 per year.
