**Compensation and Benefits**
Our competitive hourly rate ranges from $27.84 to $45.46, based on your previous work experience. Additionally, you'll receive a flexible premium of $12.50 per hour, evening differential of $2.50 per hour, night differential of $3.00 per hour, and weekend differential of $3.00 per hour.

**The Flex Pool**
Our adaptable and dynamic team is comprised of employees who can work in multiple service lines, including Critical Care, Intermediate Care, Med/Surg, and ER.
**Responsibilities**
As a Registered Nurse, your essential functions will include: collaboration with other health professionals, assessment and analysis of assessment data, establishing goals and planning care strategies, implementing care, delegating tasks safely, providing safe direct and indirect nursing care, evaluating responses to interventions, and performing additional nursing functions in accordance with your knowledge and skills acquired beyond basic nursing preparation.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need: a diploma or associate's degree in nursing (ADN) or a bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or a master's degree in nursing (MSN), RN experience in Med/Surg, IMC, Critical Care, or ER, and current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Oklahoma, as well as certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), depending on the unit you'll be working in.
**Certifications and Licensure**
You'll need to maintain your certifications through re-training for the duration of your employment. Additionally, you'll need to be able to float between units in at least two of the approved pods, which include Med/Surg, Intermediate Care, Critical Care, and Emergency Department.
