Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nursing Care Specialist to join our team. As a member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing in-home nursing care to former Nuclear Weapons Workers dealing with chronic illnesses due to toxic exposure.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct physical assessments, including vital signs, to ensure clients' safety and well-being
  • Oversee caregivers to ensure high-quality care and adherence to agency policies
  • Manage case delivery with a team of RNs, LPNs, and caregivers to provide seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Graduate of a state-approved school of professional registered nursing
  • Minimum of two years nursing experience, including one year in home care or a closely related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
