Additionally, the specialist is responsible for organizing the components for drying and executing any cleaning tasks as directed by the Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately mix adhesive with the catalyst in specified ratios.
- Apply adhesive on RTF doors and components with precision.
- Identify and reject defective or substandard pieces, reporting issues to the lead.
- Inspect RTF doors and components to ensure they are free from fingerprints and other contaminants.
- Adhere to company standards for adhesive application on doors and drawer fronts, ensuring error-free results.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting components weighing over 10 lbs.
- Comprehension of basic instructions from the RTF Supervisor or Team Lead.
- Strong sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks efficiently.
- Basic reading and writing skills, with the ability to interpret measurements of components.
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Work is conducted in a factory setting, which may involve heavy lifting and require the use of personal protective equipment such as eye protection, hearing protection, and respirators.
