About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Specialist at Citizens Bank Park. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our venue, providing exceptional customer service to our staff and guests, and working collaboratively with our events team to deliver a world-class experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all areas within the venue, including floors, restrooms, and equipment.
  • Remove refuse and debris, and break down recyclables and compostables for proper disposal.
  • Maintain department equipment and supplies, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal staff and guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a variety of equipment, including buffers, sweepers, and pressure washers, to maintain the venue's cleanliness and appearance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager, including special event support and project-based tasks.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with others.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, and climb stairs, as well as lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 pounds).
