We are collaborating with a reputable hospital in Cape Cod, Massachusetts, to fill an opening for an Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Specialist.

Cape Cod offers a serene coastal lifestyle with picturesque beaches, a vibrant harbor, and a charming downtown area filled with shops, restaurants, and art galleries.

Position Details:
  • Schedule: 4x10 or 5x8 work-week
  • 1:7 call rotation
  • Level III trauma center
  • Duties: Clinic and OR blocks
  • Patient Mix: Adult and pediatric patients, including some facial trauma cases
  • A team of experienced physicians and NPs
  • EMR: Epic
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary based on experience, approximately $250,000 - $400,000 per year, plus RVUs
  • Medical malpractice insurance
  • 4 weeks paid time off and 1 week for Continuing Medical Education (CMEs)
