Job Title: Shift Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at KFC. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
  • Ensure that all restaurant operations are running efficiently and effectively, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality (QSC&H) in the restaurant.
  • Manage cash handling and inventory procedures, including ordering and receiving supplies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other Shift Supervisors and management team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced food or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and inventory.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
