**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify potential family connections and facilitate support networks for youth in foster care.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with DCF, courts, and community partners to ensure successful placements.
- Conduct home visits, provide emotional support, and offer guidance to families as needed.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in social services or a related field, with previous experience working with children and families preferred. A valid driver's license and auto insurance are also required.
