Dishwasher / Dietary Aide

NHC HealthCare Tullahoma is seeking a skilled Dishwasher to perform various duties associated with food production and service. Key responsibilities include washing and sanitizing dishes, flatware, pots/pans, and utensils, as well as maintaining a clean and organized dishroom. Additional duties may include tray/meal service, receiving and storing food/supplies, and assisting with sanitation and food safety procedures. Schedule: Weekends, Shift: 4:30pm-8:30pm Saturday and Sunday. Requirements: Must have a sincere interest in foodservice, knowledge of therapeutic and modified consistency diets, and correct sanitation and food safety procedures. Must be able to work under supervision and obtain an approved Sanitation Course certification.
