Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Mother-Baby Unit team at Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited in Moses Lake, Washington. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to new mothers and their babies.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide individualized care to patients in the Mother-Baby Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
  4. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
  5. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and open communication.
Requirements
  1. Current RN licensure in the state of Washington.
  2. Minimum one year of acute care experience, preferably in a labor and delivery or postpartum setting.
  3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  5. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with ACLS and NRP certifications preferred.
