Pharmacy Clerk Job Description

Giant Food is seeking a friendly and welcoming Pharmacy Clerk to join our team. As a Pharmacy Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their prescriptions, and maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers in the pharmacy department
  • Assist customers with their prescriptions, including answering questions and resolving issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy department, including restocking shelves and disposing of expired or damaged products
  • Work collaboratively with other pharmacy staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
