We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic Lead Hostperson to join our team at 1 Hotel South Beach. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, setting the tone for their entire experience.

• Welcoming guests and ensuring a seamless check-in process
• Providing personalized service and exceeding guest expectations
• Collaborating with the hospitality team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
• Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our hotel and services
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Basic knowledge of banquet operations and a willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
