About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our organization, you will provide individual and group interventions in our facilities and in the community.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual assessments and develop goal plans to support clients in achieving their goals.
  • Develop and teach class curriculum to promote skill-building and personal growth.
  • Maintain outcome reporting and document daily and monthly progress.
  • Participate in regular staff and supervision meetings to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Meet agency and State-mandated training requirements to stay up-to-date on best practices.
