We are seeking a skilled Internal Medicine/Hospitalist or Family Medicine/Hospitalist to join our growing program in a university town on the lake. Our hospital is a leading healthcare provider in the region, serving a population of over 200,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care as a hospitalist or family medicine physician
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
Practice Information:
We are an employed group with a block schedule, offering 7 days on and 7 days off. Our hospital has 226 licensed acute care beds and is equipped with a well-established pulmonary critical care program. We have a strong focus on quality and safety, with a low patient-to-nurse ratio.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary with opportunities for production bonuses based on wRVUs and quality incentives
- Income potential between $275,000 and $320,000 per year
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and 403(b) plan
- Relocation reimbursement and student loan forgiveness
- Paid professional liability insurance and CME reimbursement
