Catering Director - Sales and Event Management

At Minervas, we are seeking a highly skilled Catering Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities and profitability for the hotel and food and beverage department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Booking and selling event spaces for the food and beverage department
  • Working with clients to detail their events, including menu selection, space needs, and timelines
