Job Responsibilities

As a CNA with IntelyCare, you will be responsible for providing nursing care in post-acute care facilities, checking vital signs, observing resident conditions, and assisting with activities of daily living. You will also serve as a liaison between residents and healthcare staff, communicate with family members and visitors, and help to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Pennsylvania CNA Certification: Must be certified as a CNA in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Knowledge of Medical Terms and Basic Nursing Care Procedures: Must have a strong understanding of medical terminology and basic nursing care procedures
  • Strong Observational Skills and Attention to Detail: Must be able to observe resident conditions and report any concerns or emergencies
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication: Must be able to effectively communicate with medical professionals, residents, and family members
