Responsibilities- Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to optimize patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient conditions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices and advancements in endoscopy nursing.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS and ACLS certifications.
- At least one year of experience in endoscopy nursing.
