Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso drinks to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks to customers
  • Handle food and beverages according to HACCP guidelines and standards for quality food-service operations
  • Interact with customers and other employees in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Replenish condiments, beverages, and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area
  • Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of proper serving temperatures
  • Maintain sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies, and utensils
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • One year of coffee experience is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
