Key Responsibilities- Provide inpatient care to patients with a variety of medical conditions
- Work collaboratively with our team of physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to patient care planning
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- 2+ years of experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in an inpatient setting
- Experience in Hospital Medicine or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
