Position Overview

The integration division at Amplio Systems leverages its construction, production, and technical skills to develop environments that enhance meaningful worship experiences across various church locations. This division is crucial in providing on-site solutions and is primarily tasked with fulfilling our mission of supporting churches nationwide.

We are eager to expand our integration team with individuals who possess construction and/or production backgrounds and are motivated to utilize their technical expertise to assist churches throughout the country.

Key Qualifications:

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Entry-level to mid-level experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Installing technical infrastructure and production equipment efficiently
  • Rigging audio, video, and lighting systems permanently
  • Managing wire pulling, dressing, and termination
  • Operating company vehicles for project transportation, including trailers
  • Loading and unloading equipment and materials
  • Handling inventory and equipment with care
  • Ensuring a safe and productive work environment
  • Effectively communicating and collaborating with team members
  • Supporting warehouse operations when not on-site
  • Preparing for integration tasks
  • Performing additional duties as assigned

Work Environment:

  • Involves new construction, warehouse settings, and existing sites
  • Tasks may require working in various, alternate, or off-site locations
  • Exposure to environmental conditions typical of construction and assembly, including dust, temperature variations, and other factors
  • Projects are managed under specific time constraints alongside other Integrators

Physical Requirements:

  • Significant walking, standing, and lifting involved
  • Some climbing and working in confined spaces, as well as pushing/pulling heavy items
  • Utilization of various construction tools, specialized testing equipment, and vehicles necessary for project completion

Position Type & Work Hours:

  • Available as part-time or full-time
  • Schedule varies based on client needs

Travel Requirements:

  • 3-4 weeks of travel per month
  • Local and domestic travel expected
