Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Duffy's Sports Grill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation, presentation, and service of all menu items, as well as overseeing the management of our kitchen operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our culinary staff, ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Culinary Operations: Oversee the daily operations of our kitchen, including menu planning, inventory management, and food safety protocols.
  • Staff Development: Train and develop our culinary staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Requirements
