Job Title: Physical Therapist

LHC Group is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Little Falls, New Jersey.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Physical Therapist with LHC Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop a personalized treatment plan to meet their unique needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain, and other medical conditions.
  • Develop and implement a treatment plan to improve and enhance the patient's well-being.
  • Evaluate the patient's progress and make adjustments to the treatment plan as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with the patient, family, and healthcare team to ensure seamless care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices through ongoing education and training.
Requirements:
  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Must have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
