Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the lead partner doctor to develop and implement clinical protocols.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive office culture and provide training and coaching to the clinical team.
  • Market to new and existing referrals to drive practice growth.
  • Perform a range of endodontic procedures, including root canals and apicoectomies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in endodontics.
Requirements
  • Surgical experience is preferred.
  • DDS or DMD with a completed certificate of residency from an accredited endodontic residency program.
