Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and confirm guest reservations, requests, and changes in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process guest payments, verify and adjust billing, and activate room keys.
  • Provide guests with directions, information, and amenities, and respond to guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Run and review daily reports, complete designated cashier and closing reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent guest service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds.
