We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Door-to-Door Sales Car Group Setter Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through direct sales efforts and coaching your team to meet and exceed monthly lead quotas.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in door-to-door sales, team management, or related roles. They must possess strong leadership and motivational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of door-to-door setters to generate high-quality leads
- Motivate and inspire the team to meet and exceed monthly lead quotas
- Oversee daily field operations, ensuring professionalism and consistency
- Actively participate in door-to-door sales efforts to build rapport with the team and demonstrate best practices
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching
Requirements:
- Proven experience in door-to-door sales, team management, or related roles
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel locally as needed
