Position Overview:

As a Marketing Operations Specialist at Mosaec, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our marketing strategies and operations. This position is classified as an Administrative Analyst/Specialist Exempt III and involves full-time responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the Salesforce Administrator, overseeing the management of marketing operations and the marketing automation system.
- Act as the primary administrator for project management software, ensuring seamless project flow within the Marketing & Communication department.
- Provide technical guidance to the Executive Director of Marketing & Communications, focusing on the analysis of student enrollments and marketing effectiveness.
- Address integration challenges between PeopleSoft and Salesforce, ensuring smooth operational processes.
- Represent the department as a Subject Matter Expert, collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.
- Maintain database integrity, conducting regular updates and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Develop and manage reports tailored to the needs of various stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor data quality and oversee migrations and integrations within the CRM system.
- Provide training and support to staff and faculty on Salesforce and related software tools.

Qualifications:

- A bachelor's degree or equivalent training is required.
- A minimum of five years of administrative experience in policy development and program improvement is essential.
- Preferred experience includes two years in data management within higher education and proficiency in Salesforce administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management methodologies is necessary.

Skills and Abilities:

- Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships and serve as a liaison for the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
- Expertise in public administration principles and operational management.
