Quality Life Services New Castle is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of older adults in our community.
Responsibilities:
- Help residents in their restoration of wellness and independence
- Assist in evaluations and set appropriate goals for residents
- Continued support of goal achievement
- Maintain contact/communication with other personnel involved in the resident's care to promote coordinated and efficient care plans
- Set goals for mobility, function, and independence
- Apply therapeutic techniques to help achieve goals
- Ensure accurate documentation throughout your shift
Requirements:
- Certified Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Pennsylvania
- Long term care experience preferred but not required
