Job Summary:

As a crew member for Fright Fest, one can assist with crowd control, escort scare actors, and create memorable experiences for guests throughout the park.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure safe interactions between scare actors and guests
  • Assist scare actors in various areas of the park
  • Manage crowd flow and maintain a safe environment
  • Promote the park and its attractions with enthusiasm and pride
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with large crowds
  • Count guests entering venues or haunted houses
  • Complete daily reports and maintain accurate records
  • Scan tickets and distribute wristbands as needed
  • Respond to emergency situations and maintain control until a supervisor arrives
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Resolve guest concerns and provide excellent customer service
  • Provide feedback to scare actors and supervisors on performance and behavior
Requirements:
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and walk up to 3 miles per day
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment as needed
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Working Conditions:

Working conditions include indoor and outdoor environments, with exposure to various weather conditions and physical demands.
