Job Title: Lead Case Manager

At GEO Reentry Services, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Case Manager to join our team. As a Lead Case Manager, you will be responsible for leading the case management staff, providing guidance and training, and supporting participants in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of participants using evidence-based practices, conducting risk/needs assessments, and creating individual behavior change plans.
  • Lead the activities of the behavior change manager, providing guidance and training, and reporting unusual or complicated case management issues to management.
  • Prepare written personalized programs for each participant, establishing measurable criteria for expected behavior and accomplishments.
  • Participate in staff meetings, sharing observations and recommendations to identify and solve problems.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to attendance policy, ensuring adequate coverage of the program and participant safety.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Human Services or equivalent experience preferred.
  • One year of experience as a Case Manager or three years of work experience in a related field.
  • Substance abuse or domestic violence certification or ability to become certified preferred.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
