Mixologist

At Los Dos Potrillos, we are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving cocktails, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment.

• Greets and serves customers in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
• Prepares and serves a variety of cocktails, beers, and other beverages, adhering to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Maintains a clean and organized bar area, including the workspace, equipment, and storage areas.
• Takes food and drink orders, enters them into the computer system, and processes transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provides excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of the menu, including food and drink options, ingredients, and preparation methods.
• Assists with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar area, restocking supplies, and cleaning equipment.
• Communicates effectively with colleagues and management, providing feedback and suggestions for improving the bar experience.

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information to customers, clients, and colleagues.
• Mathematical skills to accurately handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions and deal with problems involving a few concrete variables.

The work environment at Los Dos Potrillos is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. As a Bartender, you will be working in a busy bar environment, interacting with customers, colleagues, and management on a regular basis.

The physical demands of this role include standing for long periods, walking, using hands and arms, and lifting up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
