Role Overview:
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for delivering effective nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Assessing patients/residents to gather data, monitor conditions, and report any changes
  • Contributing to nursing assessments and care planning
  • Overseeing and guiding care provided by unlicensed staff

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
